When I get an order for this cake, I immediately think of the huge smile it will put on that little fan’s face when they see it. And for a racing star, we need a champion’s cake!

A themed cake needs to be as fun on the outside as it is delicious on the inside. And that’s what I guarantee from my kitchen.

• The Fuel: Inside, you have my delicious and super moist Bizcocho Dominicano. Its buttery, smooth flavor is the perfect base for any celebration. I make sure every bite is a trip home.
• Flag Colors: To achieve that iconic Lightning McQueen red, and all the details like the flames and the checkered flag, I use my Dominican Suspiro (meringue buttercream). It’s a light, shiny Suspiro that allows me to create a surface as smooth as a racetrack and make all those speedy details without the frosting overpowering the flavor.
• Podium Details: I take great care in recreating the design, from the “95” number to Lightning’s expressive eyes, making sure every detail conveys the excitement of the movie.

This cake is the perfect blend of racing excitement and the sweetness of our tradition!
