  • The Bizcocho Foundation: My wedding cakes stand tall on the delicious foundation of our signature Bizcocho Dominicano. Its famously moist, buttery crumb, subtly flavored with citrus and vanilla, holds its structure beautifully and guarantees that every guest enjoys a truly special piece.
  • The Perfect White: For the exterior, I use my light and glossy Dominican Suspiro (meringue buttercream). I whip it until it reaches that pristine white finish, a symbol of purity and new beginnings. The Suspiro is the perfect canvas for the elegant decorations.
  • Details of Sophistication: I carefully apply delicate, edible pearls to add texture and a subtle shimmer that catches the light. The final touch—the beautiful white lilies—are strategically placed to cascade down the tiers, adding a majestic, romantic flair.
