I was so happy to create this elegant Three-Tier Cake—it’s the perfect blend of classic beauty and adorable birthday fun. It stands tall and truly makes a statement on the dessert table!

When baking a cake this large, every detail must be perfect, from the stability to the decoration.
- The Foundation: Of course, stability and flavor start with my Bizcocho Dominicano. The buttery, moist, and sturdy texture of my traditional cake ensures the three tiers hold up beautifully throughout the entire celebration, delivering that beloved taste of the Caribbean in every slice.
- The Look: I cover all three tiers in a pristine, smooth layer of my famous Dominican Suspiro (meringue buttercream). The white color creates a gorgeous, clean backdrop for the stunning decorations.
- The Glamour Details: To add sparkle and softness, I incorporated several key elements:
- Pink Florals: Clusters of delicate pink flowers add that sweet, feminine touch perfect for a little girl.
- Shimmering Spheres: Edible spheres are strategically placed to add fun, whimsical texture and a bit of playful shimmer.
- Diamond Lace: I apply a sophisticated fantasy diamond lace around the base of the tiers. This glamorous detail truly elevates the cake, making it feel luxurious and ready for a black-tie birthday!
