Hello, my wonderful clients! I truly believe that every celebration, no matter the size, deserves a cake that makes guests gasp with admiration. This week, I want to show you one of my more luxurious designs: the Two-Tier Cake with Royal Blue Roses and Golden Embellishments.

This design is all about blending bold color with high elegance—it feels rich and incredibly chic!

When a cake calls for this level of detail, it’s a wonderful challenge that I embrace fully in my kitchen.

The Bizcocho Core: The beautiful presentation is only possible because of the stability and moisture of my Bizcocho Dominicano. It’s the buttery, sturdy foundation that holds this elegant two-tier structure, and its traditional Caribbean flavor is what makes it a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
The Regal Finish: I use my Suspiro (Dominican Meringue Buttercream) to achieve a flawless, smooth, pristine white canvas. The smooth finish allows the stunning decorations to truly pop.
The Golden Touch: The golden elements—the shimmering ribbons wrapped around the tiers, the edible golden spheres, and the subtle golden flowers—add incredible depth and luxury. Gold always makes a statement!
The Blue Roses: The star of the show! I custom-color and place vibrant blue roses. The contrast between the bold blue and the luminous gold is simply breathtaking and makes this cake feel incredibly special, whether it’s for a grand baby shower or a sophisticated birthday.
